Evolution is for healthy beginners and those restarting after a break. It is coached by the SBF team and supervised by Sravan and Cheena. Elite is for women dealing with PCOS, thyroid, hormonal conditions, or postpartum recovery and is led directly by Cheena Lalwani. Elite Pro is Sravan's direct 1:1 coaching program for complex cases and high-performance goals. If you are unsure, the SBF team will help you choose the right program.
If you have a specific short-term goal — an event, a wedding, or simply wanting to see if coaching works for you — 12 weeks is a strong start. If you want real body recomposition, lasting habit change, and a complete lifestyle transformation, 24 weeks delivers meaningfully better outcomes. Most clients who have tried 12 weeks end up continuing for 24. Your coach will discuss what suits you best on the discussion call.
Your coach is a certified member of the SBF team, trained directly by Sravan, and held to the same standards as every SBF program. Sravan and Cheena personally supervise every Evolution client account, review weekly progress, and step in whenever a plan needs escalation or adjustment. You are not handed to an unsupervised junior. Your program is under direct oversight from start to finish.
Workouts are 20 to 40 minutes. Daily check-ins take less than 5 minutes. You log your meals, steps, and workout completion in the app. Weekly check-in calls are 10 to 15 minutes. The total commitment is around 30 to 50 minutes a day, built to fit around a full working schedule.
No. Your workout plan comes in three versions: home (no equipment), gym, and minimal-equipment. Whichever version you have access to, your plan is built around it. If you have no gym and no equipment, your plan is designed entirely for that. The workout works. The equipment is optional.
Evolution is designed for healthy individuals without major health conditions or hormonal challenges. If you are pregnant or postpartum, the Elite Program led directly by Cheena Lalwani is the right fit.
