FAQ
Questions Homemakers Always Ask.
I genuinely don't get a free hour to myself. Will 20 minutes actually work?
Yes. The entire program is built around this constraint. Your coach designs workouts you can do before the house wakes up, during nap time, or right after everyone's fed, depending on what your day actually allows. The plan adapts to your household, not the other way around.
My day depends on my kids, my in-laws, or whoever's visiting. Can the plan handle that?
Yes. Unpredictability is built in from day one, not treated as an exception. If a festival, a guest, or a sick child is coming, tell your coach and they'll adjust your plan ahead of time, not after you've fallen behind.
I have PCOS, PCOD or thyroid. Can I join?
Yes. Share your latest health reports during the assessment. Your coach builds your nutrition and training around them and tracks how your body responds every week. Sravan and Cheena review these accounts personally. If your case needs 1:1 specialist coaching, we will guide you to the right program before you start.
Why do you need my health reports?
Your reports show what the scale cannot: sugar levels, thyroid, cholesterol, vitamin deficiencies. This helps your coach set the right food, training and recovery for your body. Reports are optional but strongly recommended.
What is checked in the fitness assessment?
Your coach checks your mobility, flexibility, strength, posture and current fitness level, along with your measurements and progress photos. This makes sure your workouts start at the right level, are safe for your joints, and progress at a pace your body can handle.
What if I do not see results? Is there a refund?
Yes. If you complete your daily check-ins, follow your plan, and submit your Day 14 progress photos, and still have not seen measurable progress by Day 14, we return every rupee. If you are making progress but want more time, we keep coaching you at zero extra cost until you get there.
Do I need to cook separate diet food for myself?
No. Your plan is built entirely around the food your family already eats: dal, rice, roti, sabzi, and festival meals. No special ingredients, no separate cooking, no giving up a single food group. You eat what the family eats. Your coach shows you how to make it work for fat loss.
How is this different from Elite Pro?
Busy Homemakers is Level 1 coaching for beginner to moderate fitness levels. You are coached by the SBF team, and Sravan and Cheena supervise every account. Elite Pro is Sravan's direct 1:1 coaching for advanced goals and complex cases, including pre and post natal.
Should I do 12 weeks or 24 weeks?
If you have 15β20 kg to lose or want results that are truly permanent, the 24-week program is the better investment. The first 12 weeks get the weight moving; weeks 13β24 lock in habits so results don't reverse the next time life gets hectic. If you have a specific event in 12 weeks, the 12-week option is designed for that.
Who is my coach? Will I be coached by Sravan directly?
Your coach is a certified member of the SBF team, trained directly by Sravan and held to the same standards as every SBF program. Sravan and Cheena personally supervise every client account and step in whenever a plan needs escalation.
What equipment do I need?
None required. Your coach designs workouts for whatever you have at home: bodyweight, a yoga mat, or resistance bands. No gym membership needed.
Is this only for mothers, or any homemaker?
Any homemaker. New mothers, joint-family homemakers, stay-at-home wives of any age. Your plan is built around your specific body, goals, and household, not a generic template.
